The cottage concept plan (below  the existing cottages) shows the location of all the existing cottages, as well as where the new cottages could be built.

Existing cottages

CONDOS We took these two duplexes and converted them into the first condominiums ever built in Walton County.
119 MILL ST Before the renovation it was not much more than a wooden barn. Renovation took all we had to make this structure livable again. Now it is one of the cutest cottages in Monroe!
123 MILL ST sits on a corner lot with a great view. From the front porch you can see the restored mill. What a pleasant cottage, now updated and comfortable.
608 RADFORD ST is one of the one of the larger cottages. It needed new windows, new insulation, new electrical, and it had never had HVAC. All restored, it is now a comfortable place to live.
614 RADFORD ST Our latest renovation, this shotgun-style house had several issues but we enjoyed fixing each one and bringing this house to life. Now this cottage is our pride and joy.
700 RADFORD ST This relic had glass fuses, running a mere 100-amp electrical panel. It had no insulation, no HVAC, and only drafty windows. It is now both beautiful and comfortable.
